MFGFit is a functional training program specially built for 8-15 years old. The MFGFit experience is engineered to supplement and or complement all sports & activities available. Your children will be introduced to the concept of group training through team based games and activities similar to a PE class held at school. The focus in this class is transitioning children into what group fitness looks like and beginning to use some fitness equipment. MFGFitClub is designed as the stepping stone to MFGFit.

This class exposes children to sporting options and teaches them skills such as hand-eye coordination, dodging, foot work and more. Parkour is all about overcoming obstacles in the fastest and most efficient way possible. This is a technique based class similar to gymnastics. Children learn specific parkour techniques, including jumps and rolls, to move in a smooth and controlled manner.
