MyFirstGym is a one stop fitness shop for children aged 0-15 years and a much needed initiative for families and communities. Based on the science of physical literacy, MyFirstGym has a class for every child. Our unique membership model gives members access to a convenient timetable with over 60+ classes, providing parents with convenience and variety.

    MyFIrstGym has 60+ classes on the timetable every week! Members can do MFG Ninja, Parkour, Gymnastics, MFG Fit, Fitclub, Martial Arts and Dance all under one roof.

    MyFirstGym is designed to make getting your children active as easy as possible for parents. All ages under one roof, convenient timetable, class variety and our world class parents lounge makes kids sport easier than ever.

  • Qualified Coaches

    All of our coaches have been trained through our quality internal programs. In addition all have industry relevant qualifications to support your child through their classes.

    Whether it is our famous MFG Easter Egg hunt, our dance parties, or Christmas party, we always have something happening for our members.

  • Free Play

    Class is finished, now what? Why not make use of our free play arena. Let the kids burn off some extra energy in a safe and fun environment. And the best thing is free play is included in all memberships.
